Hillary
Why it works

I've spent more than 20 years building businesses.

Over the last 20+ years, I've built businesses from the ground up, helped struggling businesses find their footing, repositioned brands, and solved the kinds of problems that keep business owners up at night. I've helped transform a marketing agency from selling $500 websites to $15,000 to $20,000 websites and $1,000 to $3,000 monthly marketing programs, while also helping scale a bankruptcy law firm, a tax preparation and resolution firm, a CPA firm, and many other service businesses. Sixteen of those years have been spent building my own business, too. The same marketing, sales, organization, systems, and problem-solving skills I've used to help grow those businesses are the same ones I've relied on to build and sustain my own business.

FAQ

Questions I get a lot.

Is there anything you can't work on?

Not really... just kidding. My strengths are business development, marketing, operations, websites, and getting things done. When something falls outside my expertise, I have a trusted network of professionals, including a business coach, fractional CFO, photographer, payroll specialist, and others, that I bring in when needed.

Do you have a specialty?

Helping business owners get everything done. I love helping people find more business, stay in business, pull out less hair, and have more time to sleep.

How does it work?

You email, text, or call me with what you need. I take it from there.

Do you use AI?

Absolutely. I use AI every day, but it's a tool, not a replacement for experience. I know how to use it to save time while still delivering work that's thoughtful and tailored to your business.

Do you ever meet with people in person?

Yes! If we're local, meeting in person for strategy sessions, projects, or coffee can be both productive and fun. Otherwise, we work great by phone, email, text, and video.

Do I have to commit to a certain number of hours?

No. My support is flexible. Some weeks you might need me a lot, and other weeks hardly at all.

How much should I budget for marketing each month?

For many of my clients, around $500 or less per month is enough to build momentum. We'll focus on the activities that make the biggest impact first and grow from there if it makes sense.

Why is your social media different?

My social media service is structured quarterly instead of monthly, which keeps the overall cost much lower. Most businesses end up paying about two-thirds less than they would with a typical monthly social media package.

What's your marketing approach?

Keep it simple. We test ideas, see what works, and keep doing the things that bring you the results, and the kind of business, you actually want.

Ready to hand it off?

Just give it to Hillary.

If it's taking up space on your to-do list, sitting half-finished, or needing someone steady behind it, let's talk.
