Remote Assistant
Extra hands for the to-do list.
Admin, research, follow-up, websites, technology, projects and more. Hand off what you don't have time for, don't know how to do, or just don't want to do, and get your day back.
What does a remote
assistant do?
Who it's for
- Solo owners doing everything themselves
- Busy teams without a full-time admin
- Owners who need help, not another employee
- Anyone whose to-do list never gets shorter
A remote assistant is an extra set of hands for your business. It's someone who takes the everyday work off your plate so you can focus on clients, growth, and your life outside of work.
I work remotely, fit into the way you already work, and pick up whatever's been sitting on your list: the inbox that never gets to zero, the calendar that's always double-booked, the follow-ups that slip through the cracks, and the tech problems that eat an entire afternoon.
Most clients start with a few hours a month and a short list of tasks. As we work together, I learn how your business runs and start spotting what else I can take off your plate, so you spend less time delegating and more time getting things done.
What I can take off your plate.
Inbox & calendar
Email triage, scheduling, reminders and keeping your week organized.
Admin support
Data entry, documents, research, forms and the paperwork that piles up.
Sales support
Follow-ups, CRM updates, proposals and keeping leads from going cold.
Design support
Simple graphics, flyers, presentations and polished documents.
Bookkeeping support
Invoicing, receipts and keeping your books ready for your CPA.
Project support
The random project that's been on your list for months, finally done.
Websites & tech
Updates, fixes, new tools and troubleshooting the tech you'd rather avoid.
Specialized support
Something unusual? Ask. If I can't do it, I know someone who can.
Why people hand this off.
You don't have the time.
Admin, email and follow-up eat the hours you'd rather spend with clients or away from work entirely.
You don't know how to do it.
The tech, the website, the new tool that would take you all weekend to figure out? I'll handle it.
You just don't want to do it.
The tedious tasks you keep pushing to “this weekend.” Give them to me and cross them off for good.
Real results. Real people.
“When something comes up that I don't have time for or don't want to figure out… I just give it to Hillary.”
“Hillary truly listened to my needs and delivered a solid website that funnels people into requesting a quote, just what I wanted. I'd strongly recommend anyone to save their time and have Hillary do it.”
You've got questions.
I've got answers.
What does a remote assistant do?
A remote assistant handles the everyday work that keeps your business running: email, scheduling, follow up, research, documents, simple design, bookkeeping support, website updates and tech troubleshooting. You send the task, it gets done, and you get your time back without hiring an employee.
How much does a remote assistant cost?
My remote assistant support is $55/hr with a minimum of 5 hours a month. You only pay for time spent on your work, there's no long contract, and you can add hours whenever your list gets longer.
What tasks should I hand off first?
Start with whatever you keep putting off. The best first tasks are the ones you don't have time for, don't know how to do, or just don't want to do: inbox cleanup, scheduling, follow ups, website updates and the project that's been on your list for months.
Is a remote assistant better than hiring an employee?
For most small businesses, it's the smarter first step. You get experienced help for only the hours you need, with no payroll, benefits, desk or training time. As your needs grow, I can help you figure out when an in house hire makes sense.
Do I need to be in Chandler to work with you?
No. I'm based in Chandler, Arizona and work with business owners across Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe and the Phoenix area, but remote assistant work happens online, so I can help you wherever your business is.
