Business Developer
Look at your business as a whole and build a plan to make it better.
I look at your business as a whole, build a plan to make it better, and lead you through it for six months or more, so the plan actually gets done and your business gets easier to run.
What does a business
developer do?
Who it's for
- Owners who feel stuck or plateaued
- Businesses ready to grow but unsure where to start
- Companies that need to reposition or raise prices
- Owners tired of being the bottleneck
A business developer looks at your business as a whole, including sales, marketing, operations, pricing and positioning, and builds a plan to make it stronger. Then I stay to help you carry it out.
It starts with an assessment: how you get customers, how you serve them, what you charge, and where time and money are leaking. From there, I create a clear improvement plan with priorities, and we work through it together over six months or more.
It's the same work I've done for a marketing agency, a bankruptcy law firm, a tax prep and resolution firm, a CPA firm and many other service businesses, helping each of them grow, reposition and run better.
What I can take off your plate.

Why people hand this off.
You don't have the time.
You're too busy working in the business to step back and work on it. I do the stepping back for you.
You don't know how to do it.
What's holding a business back is easier to see from the outside, and I've done this for 20+ years.
You just don't want to do it.
Plans, processes and strategy docs aren't why you started your business. Let me carry that load.
Real results. Real people.
Law, tax, accounting and agency growth.
I helped scale a bankruptcy law firm, a Tax Prep & Resolution firm and a CPA firm, and transformed a marketing agency from $500 websites to $15,000 to $20,000 projects. Over the last 15 years I've repositioned 50+ businesses.
“She is not only a master at crystallizing a challenge and executing a solution, but she also has the versatility to help me with effective business growth strategies and solution implementation.”
You've got questions.
I've got answers.
What does a business developer do?
A business developer looks at your whole business, including sales, marketing, operations, pricing and positioning, then builds a plan to make it stronger. Unlike a one time report, I stay for six months or more to lead you through the plan so it actually gets done.
How much does business development cost?
Business development starts at $500/mo with an engagement of six months or more. Six months gives us time to assess the business, build the plan and carry it out, so you see real change instead of a plan that sits in a drawer.
What happens in the first month?
We start with an assessment of how you get customers, how you serve them, what you charge and where time and money are leaking. Then I build an improvement plan with clear priorities, so we both know exactly what we're working on first.
What kinds of businesses have you helped grow?
Mostly service businesses, including a marketing agency, a bankruptcy law firm, a Tax Prep & Resolution firm and a CPA firm. Over the last 15 years I've repositioned 50+ businesses, and I've spent 16 years building my own business, too.
What's the difference between a business developer and a business consultant?
A business consultant is an hourly conversation about a specific question or problem. A business developer is an ongoing partnership: I assess the whole business, build the plan and lead you through it for six months or more.
